SO SO grateful

Yesterday I was on a roll and while I have most of the material already on my desk in the craft room, I decided to create another card for the challenge launched by Judy Woodland on the ModSquad Challenge Blog. I used again the Skeleton Leaves mini stamp from Gina K. Designs but this time I stamped all the four leaves and the sentiment with some Versamark watermark ink and then embossed them using Gina K. Designs embossing powder detail gold.

I did some ink blending with Ranger mini round ink blending tools and Gina K. Designs Coral Reef, Tangerine Twist and Wild Dandelion on a piece of white card stock from GKD. Then I cut a small central section of the stamped card, which included the sentiment. I glued the background on a piece of black card stock, cut with the larger die of the Master Layout 1 die set by GKD, then I popped up the small section with some foam squares. Finally, I added some gold sequins on the raised part.

Thank you very much Judy, I really enjoyed this challenge and I love using gold embossing powder to give a more elegant look to my cards.

Another beauty. That gold and the beautiful color blending just make this whole card POP. Thanks for playing along with us once again over at The Mod Squad.
